Here is some great information about the Oregon Trail. We are reading (listening) to Little House on the Prairie and it gives us a little insight into the life on the Prairie. It leaves off with settling in Kansas and this website gives information about crossing the mountains and the hardships that were faced.

• 2 cow/marble journal notebooks
• 5 black ink pens
• 5 blue ink pens
• 3 pocket folders with prongs(plastic type)
• 2 red, 70 page notebooks
• 2 blue, 70 page notebooks
• 10 pencils (Ticonderoga are best)
• 1 pair of scissors
• small pencil box or pouch
• Protractor
• 2 three ring binders
